Our Services

Performance Psychology

We help people to reach their potential in sport, business, and life. We have consulted across numerous sports, large and small businesses, as well as individuals needing support through times of transition. We work in both a non-structured way, focusing on specific presenting issues, and we work in a more structured way, accessing data from multiple sources in order to build up a complete picture of the person or team to guide intervention.

Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaching ordinarily focuses on performance enhancement via a structured 4-step process:

  1. Assess
  2. Plan
  3. Act
  4. Reassess and Refine

To support this, we access several forms of data from the Executive(e.g., via interviews and measures of personality and performance-related skills) and other key people, sources, and external reports(e.g., via computerized 360 degree capture and performance data). This builds a data mirror into which the executive can reflect. We then focus on past and current performance and carefully plot a path from here to future aspirations.

Organization Development

As well as working with organizations and teams around fundamental issues of leadership and team work, we specialize in giving the organization a voice, taking a virtual cross-sectional slice through the organization. This helps organizations and teams to understand themselves better, and to develop smarter and more efficient ways of working. This can also lead to targeted executive coaching. Indeed, if people are truly the primary resource of a company, as most organizations assert, they must be managed and developed like other assets.
